It's a boss character made by Kal himself. In one of his videos featuring Rangda Bangda, he provided a download link but it turned out to be down when I tried to access it. Your best bet I think is to ask him via Youtube if he still has it or not and if it's the first, kindly ask him to give it to you or provide a new link.
