Hong Kong Phooey by DDR
Sure, it looked great when it first came out. But looking back on him, he's pretty much a mere spriteswap of Sho Nuff.
Pink Panther by Ali and WlanmaniaX
Rather OP character. Mid-air Medium and Heavy Kicks can be used as infinites. Bugs and overpowered moves from time to time. And the blocky, inconsistent spritework doesn't help at all.

This character is kinda lackluster. He could use some more moves.

- Characters that uses a trendy palette (Usually in the past they usually use that Madoldcrow1105 maroon outline style which i never or even barely use for reasons) its too bad he stopped that styled.
- Bad sound effects on some characters (Even when you try ripping it from some audio of a TV show poorly like how beanfan112 does it). Or even using that distortion effect (Unless you love that effect) which i sometimes do and/or dont at times
- Creators that cannot accept feedback and/or criticism or even Stop making trash for MUGEN (though i said that before :P) Usually if they keep on making the same problems then they will just fall to the point where they become as bad as other creators that are notorious
- poor attempts at silly soundpacks or certain types of sound packs (which im also bad at tbh)
- a Poor edit of an existing character thats bad or even A bad Edit (Im sure the were those notorious crappy Symbiote edits in the past and later they are quite obvious that its just a sprite and pallete edit thats not even a Symbiote edit)
- Some People that bash your old MUGEN content or upload them that you dont care about. Although depends on how you do. You simply improve anyways or if you dont improve you basically bash them on what they did to your creations.
- Readmes that are garbled Usually they would contain a foreign text thats japanese,korean and/or chinese? (I dunno if there are chinese MUGEN creators) but when you try to open it its just a mess
- On top of that. Readmes that try way to hard to be funny
- Characters that try to imitate a certain gameplay style (Seen some vids saying something bout that P.O.T.S Style and mosty fails) MVC to me is kinda easy (although its hard to get used to the more combo thing with all of the bouncing of falling down and stuff)

What about with Beanfan112's characters? They spam projectiles. as well.

Dang, a couple more that just hit me that I gotta throw out. I really need to write these down in advance or something... My bad if there's any issue with all of these "late posts", I'm fairly sure this is the last one though.
 
Evil Homer by Warner: Homer's simply not made to do a traditional Shoryuken, he looks absolutely silly. I wish Warner strayed a bit further from Evil Ken and added a bit more... "Humor" to his animations to warrant me wanting to use E. Homer over the original Ken, like the big donut power charge or his winposes. Those are good, The Simpsons has plenty of material to add more jokes, but still be Evil Ken.
 
That one Lucario. That one one that isn't Dszhinez's... He's just Akuma. He's. Just. Akuma... I don't use him in Brawl (In fact I only fought him a couple times in Mugen...) but would adding some of the attacks he had there would have really hurt? I have PLENTY of crazier, arguably better Akumas with brutal A.I., and I don't think anyone who wants a good Akuma will get a Pokemon, they'll just get P.O.T.S.'s 
 
King Fancy Man. I think no Mugen character has ever gotten me in real trouble as much as this one KFM edit. He's only... Alright... Meh. Mugen videos made him look so much cooler than he really is.
 
Any of Robo's characters aside from Pill and Rulue. They're all strange characters, but what is with the extremely silly instant death attacks most of them have...? And they all have some really poorly coded bounce states, and why don't the two I mentioned have the super cool hyper effect his others have? That ain't right... That ain't right at all... Would say they're borderline OP, and that's not even on their A.I. setting...
 
The newer Eric Cartman by Pokemonboy7651. I hate the Anal Probe hyper, it only hits enemies after a launcher? What type of hyper even...
 
The true last one I've got: Bomberman by Gladiacloud. For being based on his SSF2 moveset, (which I already have a bias against, but...) he's missing his best attacks from SSF2 like the slide, P-Bombs, and a couple of his aerials. Some of his hitboxes are really goofy, (too small on some explosions, too big on grabs, roll's hurtbox appears too early...) extremely basic melee gameplay (Especially compared to Bubblun, maybe this was intended for a greater emphasis on using Bombs Away and Bomb Kick more though?), and Bomb Jump completely dwarfing the need for the Jetpack hyper. Another very small thing is that it personally irks me that I still have not found out which game his voice and sounds come from, but I'll get that eventually...

I hate:
Pre-Round kill/No gameplay, at ALL
Characters are hundreds of megabytes in filesize, but don't hold their weight.
most characters based off TV shows (most of the time)
crappy sprites
really small characters
shitty hitboxes
beefed states (I mean, don't you hate it when you are wailing on Artucus's Peter, and you bearly put a dent in him, and then he hits you once, and you lose like 30% of your HP)
a lack of originality when making an edit/character (how many fucking Ryu's do we need in Mugen?)
weak/no AI
when a character doesn't work and I have to fix it
when a character is bugged and I also have to that :/
when a character has nice FX, but really low res sprites
when your about to win and the AI does something really unfair (Heman, I'm looking at you, his AI will use a sword move that OHKO's you if his health falls below a level and he doesn't get to use his beatdown combo)
when the AI selfstates out of grabs
when the AI counters/parry's everything
when a character has hypers that slow the gameplay, like pauses the game for over 5 seconds really slows it down.
when an author shows off characters, but keeps them private
when people use ad.fly to warehouse stuff (I know, but we all hate this one, I know I do :/)

Recolors
Spriteswaps 
Little effort on Kfm edits
Spammy AI (which my super better Mario bros have but I will update them so no need to act like a rude person T_T)
Hitsparks that are in the wrong place 
Underpowered moves (Hope that doesn't happen when I play as a character)
Characters with no combos (seriously people? I mean, We should have a little combo making experience)
Offline characters (nuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu!)
Crappy chars that were made to be my favorite (people should even look up a tutorial to create decent characters)
Infinities (Uh.....yes I know some of my characters can have infinities so again, no need to be rude T_T)
Weird fucking commands (Really MOC1105, make these specials and hypers work with easy commands for once!)
 
Things I love:
AI with sooooooo much combos that can inspire me when I use watch mode on Mugen.
Creating joke characters (Bowser jr for example, you've been seeing "odd images" in this character)
Powercharge (Respect my opinion)
Obviously..........COOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMBBBBBBBBOOOOOOOOOOSSSSSSSS
(I'm talking about air combos)
Characters who have very excellent coding and moves (Jailbot, carol the wildcat, etc.)
Creators who update often but I sometimes hate it cause when they SPAM the updates of characters it can be stressful to download
AND FINALLY.......creative palettes ;)

Finally I succeeded. The summit of all my creations is finally complete. The reason why I decided to work on the Mugen was to create my favourite character. Just him.
 
However, without Ahuron, who created his D_Rugal, I would certainly have had a lot of trouble. And without a 3D model on Xnalara, I would have certainly had three times the difficulty. Actually worse: I would not even have started him. But now it's enough. It is finally done.

A big thank you goes to Delusiontrim. Even if he did not actively participate in my project, he was fundamental: he created a very excellent Dormammu sprite, and he gave me permission to use it.
 
What else to say ... this is my final character. For now.
 
Do not worry, I will not leave the mugen (at least for now): I have only completed all my personal characters and, at the moment, I do not have any more in mind. There will certainly be some characters that I will do in the future, but in the meantime I will work on other projects. For example ... I'm going to make a revamp of one of my Capcom characters. After many years of her release, I think she has the right.

Patrick Star by BeanFan112: He's just bland in a way that you'd prefer AngryBirdCooler's version (which is crap, but at least he didn't steal moves from Crow.)
Papyrus V2 by FourthRhyme: He just spams and his Decap Attack special is just frustrating. ESPECIALLY if you wanted a different move.
Natsuki by AngryBirdCooler: I know for a fact that ABC is trying to improve, but overall the blandest of the new creations. (at least we have Monika in it)

Cuphead bosses, by DarkRuler
I didn't see any of these characters here, so I thought I'd post them all at once.   (If they have been posted and I just missed them, feel free to delete).  They're not perfect, but they're so much better than the other Cuphead characters I've found floating about (most of which only have one form and barely any attacks).
