that is tied into the whole spam accounts it made it harder for them to get in. We only recently implemented this bot so maybe we can make that public again will discuss it with other admins for that one.

we increased the time before it kicks now 2 minutes is too short. sorry for that! just a lot of spam accounts and people trying to ban evade has been going on so its for security reasons.

we had one before but due to how we hosted the images it was spammed by bots it was a mess at the time. I wanted to get this collection up earlier trying to find the old archive but after all the effort it was impossible to find it in its entirety so I helped JK do this.
