[Download] Another MEGA link as usual. [Comments] This could be the oldest version of Ginyu for MUGEN, as its palettes date to 1999, the year I was born. It isn't as ridiculous as many other old DBZ characters, but still doesn't hold a candle to the newer ones. Don't bother with the second palette, though, as even after fixing it, it still appears garbled.

Good concept, rather sloppy execution IMO. EDIT: People at MFG are saying that it's sauce accurate to the show, so I guess maybe it was intended?

A bit of feedback (which version do you want it for?): - QCF + MP produces no sound when it connects. - I can't preform Rapid Punch and Rapid Kick. - LP and MP have no cornerpush. - The sounds are kinda grating. - Buu twitches when moving up in the Free Flying mode. - Tap HP repeatedly on the ground, and Buu dances! I can see this coming together.

I remember Dumanios grilled this character a while ago. Apparently, the character also seems to have some lewd sprites for certain characters.
