I've already said my part on Discord and it generally boils down to them very easily reinstating the ad referral at any given time, as they have done before. While not really a valid reason for keeping them blacklisted, the restrictions in place for unregistered and low-ranked users mean a lot of content is unobtainable, so its usage in collections would become problematic.
 
In addition, while there's no real way of confirming whether this is Sol, Dizzy, or any other higher-up speaking on behalf of MA (as opposed to the usual MA shills who grace various MUGEN servers from time to time, assumptions of who they are aside), the following messages were posted earlier in the MFFA server:

Couldn't find them anywhere, so I figured I'd grab them myself. Should be every sound effect in the game, including common, system, and individual character sound effects.

-It's hi-res, not low.
-The video depicts a completely different stage to the one in the download.

I think you'll find almost all of the Z2s have original voice acting from English VAs, not audio taken from existing sources. Let's not make this a sub vs. dub debate because "inferior dub" is thrown around just as much as the distaste for granny Goku; people are allowed their own opinions, but don't pass yours as fact.

There's some interesting stuff here that I've forwarded on to Gacel and K4thos. It'd probably be more beneficial if you were all working together so your stuff doesn't conflict, so I'll DM you an invite to the IKEMEN server.

And feedback you shall get, based on the small amount of time I spent testing it.
ReadMe/movelist would be much appreciated. Ground hurtbox doesn't need to extend past the ground. Forward dash should probably have the same landing effects as his back hop considering it visually looks like he's leaping forward, even if functionally he isn't. Seems strange that you can't act out of forward dash when you can out of his air dashes and back hop. His heavy Normals are mighty unsafe on block despite being on the slow side. Given that 2Y is an uppercut of sorts, it's odd that it gets cleanly beaten out by jump-ins; actually, its priority is pretty awful all things considered, especially with that large lingering hurtbox after the active frames. Kinda sucks that j.5B is just a slower (frame 11 compared to frame 5), more powerful version of j.5A, right down to it using exactly the same hit/hurtboxes; the startup frames also doesn't look much different to the regular jump frames, so it's difficult to even tell he's doing anything. Odd that he only has a forward throw, especially because it throws the opponent backwards. At worst, Quick Attack X is -12 on hit, Y is -24 on hit, unless the opponent is in the air, which is a hard knockdown for X, yet a techable one for Y...? It's also pretty weak. I feel you should be able to at least grab Scizor out of Iron Head, especially if he's going to have permanent armour during the entire move. On that note, I personally think he should only have one or two hits of armour, not permanent armour. Should probably differentiate both versions a bit more than just distance travelled and damage dealt, especially since they have the same frame data. X-Scissor, well... Grounded opponent doesn't SelfState when hit. It looks really odd against a jumping opponent. Jumping opponent doesn't SelfState if hit too close to the ground. B version doesn't seem worth it since while it has more hitstun, it does less damage and both versions are -1 on hit anyway. I'm not sure why you needed to make the hitbox a Helper, especially when it'd be more mechanically sound to have the root handle the custom stating. It's also pretty weak. Swords Dance seems pretty good considering the buff occurs on frame 1, thus persisting even if you're hit during the rest of the move.

y'know, this might as well be an OHMSBY-centered collection, since most of these characters is already covered by the Blazblue / UNIB collection, but that's just my opinion.

All the more reason to make another version.

For someone who likes to echo Dizzy words (hmm hmm) about providing evidence if you're going to accuse someone of something, you sure like to think it's OK to insult the ever-loving fuck out of me and accuse me of things I never did without proving I did them.

Being unable to download from that website is just as good as a dead link.

Actually, as a followup to what I said earlier about the original members of staff having a Guilty Gear theme, I decided to see who the earliest members were and found something kinda interesting:
Member 1 is That Man, which is to be expected since he's the webmaster.
Member 2 is Justice.
Member 3 is Dizzy.
Member 4 is Ky, which doesn't seem like much of an active account.
Member 5 is Sol.
And then this theme continues all the way up until member 26, who seems to be the first actual member to sign up.
 
So basically, members 1 to 25 are all themed after Guilty Gear characters that (with the exception of That Man, Justice, Dizzy, and Sol) all have the Support Staff role; in addition, they were all created on the same day (18th April 2009) outside of That Man, who was created six days earlier. Perhaps they're generic placeholder accounts that Dizzy loans out to friends? Fun bit of trivia nonetheless.
