A few changes here and there. Mostly just dumping the Transformers characters.

It's a tiny groove in the bottom of one letter. How much closer can you actually get before it truly is the same font? :P

I can't vouch for any other application, but in CS2 (and any version of Photoshop, though CS2 is legally free), Image -> Mode -> Indexed Color. Transparency is decided by the first colour in the palette, which can be set by making your background colour the only forced colour via Indexed Color -> Forced: Custom.

Do let me know what's wrong with Mike's most recent one. I find it to be rather good.

Not a cheapie, no, but its damage output is horribly inconsistent. QCF punch does 250~ damage or so and the Mega Eevee Hyper can take out way over half of the opponent's Life, though it's dependant on the opponent's size and where Eevee is, while some of its other attacks do less than what you'd expect from them.

-Added Red's Eevee by Nightdemon66619 Dude says it's not cheap, but we all know how that turns out.
