Fixification of OP is currently under way. Unfortunately, the spoiler background is white so those viewing this thread on the Deviant theme (myself included) can't actually see the text. If Ryon or Alexei state that it is not possible to fix this issue, then I'll have to change the text colour to black or something.

Ah good, the spoiler tag's back. Would it be possible to give the spoilered content a transparent background? On the Deviant theme, the text colour blends in with the spoiler background, making it impossible to read without highlighting it.

I have never played Nanostray, but this exact music appears in FAST Racing NEO. It is pretty much the theme of hell on Supersonic and Hypersonic Leagues.

I can't vouch for any other application, but in CS2 (and any version of Photoshop, though CS2 is legally free), Image -> Mode -> Indexed Color. Transparency is decided by the first colour in the palette, which can be set by making your background colour the only forced colour via Indexed Color -> Forced: Custom.

Not a cheapie, no, but its damage output is horribly inconsistent. QCF punch does 250~ damage or so and the Mega Eevee Hyper can take out way over half of the opponent's Life, though it's dependant on the opponent's size and where Eevee is, while some of its other attacks do less than what you'd expect from them.

-Added Red's Eevee by Nightdemon66619 Dude says it's not cheap, but we all know how that turns out.
