Yeah, criticism isn't necessarily bad; heck, criticism can be insanely harsh, but as long as it's constructive, the creator can learn from it. If everyone simply said 'nice char +1', then how is the creator supposed to improve their character? There's absolutely no need to sugar-coat your constructive criticism just because you're afraid the creator will take offence; if they do, then they personally need thicker skin. In short: the more people tear the character apart and show its flaws, errors, bugs and whatever else, the more the creator can improve.

Make sure you're editing the correct system.def. Don't use the one that's directly inside the data folder; instead, use the one that's in data/mugen1.

Putting 'violent' or 'violently' before or after something makes it seem that much better. 'He sneezed.' That's pathetic wimpy sneeze. 'He sneezed violently.' That's real soviet sneeze made by true man.
