    M.U.G.E.N. 1.0 and WINmugen are limited, so it makes sense why my compatibility is strict. And WinMugen is more dangerous when it comes to the cheapie community. And yes M.U.G.E.N. 1.0 and 1.1 aren't safe either, but I think my bet is the latest M.U.G.E.N. 1.1b and IKEMEN. I chose M.U.G.E.N. 1.1b and up to provide advanced techniques to make it easier and faster for me.

Unlike most of the memes produced, this meme was produced at Comiket 73. And some tracks are remade by rude people and are subject to online parody- That made her talk with other characters incoherently. Nonohara Nagisa is one of them, and she is a temporary fad in the late 2000s. Here are things that I want to see if someone has tried to make similar to her: - Does she have her own dodge and air dodge ability? - Will she have a sprite created only in 2D if possible? - What programs will you use her to create SVGs of her and port them into M.U.G.E.N?
