A very special release today - over the last three months, I've been running a character jam over at my favorite MUGEN stream, SpriteClub - our goal was to create an edit of Kung Fu Man together. We all took turns to work on it, with a wheel decider picking out the author in question, who would pass it off to the next person after a few days. The result - no less than 15 authors all worked on this!

Kung Fu Man SC - also known as "What is a Rare Wonderful Legendary Dark Mighty Morphin Kamen Rider Super Neo Kung Fu Man Erisia Plus LV512 Extra Edition that kung fu fights & Joon Yorigami?! A miserable little pile of secrets! - boasts 14 new specials, a variety of new supers, various new mechanics, an assist trophy system and a powerful AI to fight against - right alongside a permanent helper in the form of Jo'on Yorigami. With a tool for just about every situation, he can make quite the formidable opponent - or screw himself over if he trips too much.

oh yeah, in case you're curious about the name, everyone got to add another phrase to it

This collection hosts various original characters, edits, and special stages created by community authors specifically for SpriteClub.
All characters in this collection are showcased with the individual consent and permission of the authors involved with their creation.
This collection is currently managed by three people: Extra, Shinykitty10, and Devils.
It should also be noted that these characters were created with the intention of battling under AI vs. AI conditions, and they may be very difficult to defeat for a human player.
This collection will be updated over time with ongoing community releases, adding new authors who have volunteered to have their streamed content hosted on this thread accordingly.
Color Code
Green: This character is either an edit or an AI patch of a pre-existing character.
Red: This character is very overpowered and/or frustrating to fight against, even by the standards of this collection.
Orange: This character is very loud.
If all of an author's creations fit under one of these labels, their author name will be marked with the selected color instead.
As of 5/14/2026 the new collection will be the main priority, this collection will still receive updates for now at a slower rate.

Hi friends, a few years ago I made some versions of the Sailor Senshi from the Sailor Moon series but the result didn't quite convince me. So I decided to start a project from scratch based on the characters from the SNES games using new sprites for some things and also using some resources from other character creators, I just hope that in the future the Sailor Moon characters made based on the SNES games can once again have the relevance they had in the past.

I'd like to thank the MFFA Staff as well for all of their hard work leading up to this point, there wouldn't be an MFFA for me to join without them!

Other sketches were left behind along the way but I never definitively discarded them.

Almost all the sprites are ripped from various well-known CAPCOM games. And the central pharaonic statue is a pic treated with the PIXELATOR app. Everything looks pretty solid but basic at the same time.

 
This one was a commissioned background that didn't progress well. And is also quite similar to others stages I've already released. It has a certain temporal ambiguity that fits with a past or modern vibe.

Hey all, we wanted to give Rice a day for his departure before introducing our new Admin.

Gumhoy comes to us from Sprite Club's g-mod crew, and after some discussion we feel like he's got a lot to bring to the table.
