If PGRS111Magen is the best creator, how come I've never heard of him? Why do you want to strive to be like this person? What about Cybaster, PotS, Cyanide? Also, what is the real question here? There's no fast track to creating characters well. You just have to know what you're doing and put the effort in. Do you want to learn? Is that it?

Thanks man. The super ports I made in Paint Shop Pro and Photoshop. PSP was used to create the zoom in effect you see. Which water-like wave effect are you talking about? Which move? Either way, I make all my character effects in Adobe After Effects.
