Best: -The dream matches. -How fun some characters can play. -The immense amount of customization. -The fact that literally any character can be made. -The immense amount of hype that you get when a creator's creating someone you like. Worst: -Genuinely bad characters. -Characters that are unfinished. (Although I don't care if there exist better versions) -People who bitch about characters being not source accurate/broken/whatever. -Cheap characters who pretty much kill you before the match starts. (I don't mind cheap characters as long as they're fun to use.)

  8. It works fine when I set Synn as order=5, but when I do it with someone else? Not so much. EDIT: So I set some characters as order=3, and some as order=6. What happens after I fight the ones in order=3? It skips straight to the ones in order=6.
  9. So this is what I've got in my select.def: Thing is: The order part is being ignored. After I'm done with Arcade, I get a congratulations screen. Instead, I should be fighting these two characters and then view the win screen. Yes, I set the maxmatches so I'm able to fight them, but if it helps I set the values to 0 for Team.

  13. Last time I checked, that's part of the game, usually when a character's health is low during a combo.
  14. Long story short, I wanted to make a KFM suited for fast-paced combat, with the ability to chain long combos together, very much like in games such as MvC and Guilty Gear. Turns out Primal Rage 2 arcade machines were indeed made during development, and for the most part it doesn't look half bad. I personally believe this should be finished and ported to XBLA along with the first game, because it just needs to. Also, here's this:
  21. In response to the topic at hand: I don't really care. I either pick characters who are quick and can do a lot of damage, or characters who are easy to rack up combos with (preferably long ones), which is essentially why I love Killer Instinct so much.
  22. I do recall there being a "balanced" version of Chuck, albeit all that was added were hitboxes. At least, from what I remember.
