Both stuff added, and added yellow colors for WIPs like Electro's. Also, not sure if any of '98 EX chars were made, from other KOF exists but not sure about these ones
 
Indeed, only the new version was already added so I add the old one too. Oh, and I assume this post is about XI chars, but since I'm not sure I just added few from that list where the DL link already says "XI" or something. Please clarify me better the links so I can add them to the respective sections

I've managed to not only convert the Mugen Fighting Jam Lifebar for 1280x720 MUGEN, I went out my way to make custom ports for the lifebar. This one has the Street Fighter Alpha PowerBars. In the images I posted... I was using the Darkstalkers 3 powerbars at the time I took those snapshots. Enjoy

pretty much, but miggy used koldskool's edit of spider-man anyway, he just replaced his voicelines, added text on webs changed the portraits, made spidey do the middle finger instead of a thwippy-point and added an eye to ONE singular sprite in his stance
kid me wanted to improve him so i did, and then years later revisted mugen again (as a teen now), i don't plan to continue working on him but i think he is good enough of a joke edit to show to the world, i'll also drop in 2 more joke edits. "The Arachnid Redditor" who is an edit of Brergrsart's Don't worry... These Pizzas are in Good Hands. character with other random memes and references (also with pepperoni pizza lenses on his sprites) and "Bully Maguire" an edit of Serkel's Sam Raimi Spider-Man to be styled like the raimi black suit and feature some of the raimi memes

Interplay was a famous company that got mostly great hits in the 90s, including ClayFighter, Earthworm Jim, Boogerman, MDK, Castles, The Lost Vikings and some others. Since there are some few creations made from this company (and from Titus), here's a little collection I brought to you, I hope you like it. Hello, world! It's Brergrsart! That one guy who does the thing sometimes.
 
Here you will find all the characters I have made and released, in the order of their completion (With the exception of variations, who are placed next to eachother).
This thread will serve as an alternate location of my website (where you will also find more details about my characters including movelists for my more recent work, release dates, and my personal thoughts of that character's theme and/or creation process).
 
Most of my crew are made with MUGEN 1.1 in mind, but they all work just fine in MUGEN 1.0 unless otherwise stated. Most of my work from around 2017 or earlier have been designed for Fast 5-7 Speed, but whatever game speed you prefer is still fine.
Also note that because my characters were designed to compete in AI vs AI matches, fighting them as a human player may prove difficult when using normal characters.
 
Typically when I make a character, I debut them on whatever MUGEN AI Betting Site accepts my work, and release them to the public in around a week, in case I discover a bug or want to tweak something last minute.

The best Goku for MUGEN gains a new update a month ago. 280gou did some adjustment on Goku. Here's the update log.
- Configuration and AI revamped
- AI fixed
- Power cost fixed in some supers like Super Genki-dama
- Goku is now invincible when the assist character attacks during Genki-dama charging
- Bugs on the sprites fixed

I remember there was a little scuffle on the old thread about whether the Garouden characters should be included, but IMO they should since it's still made by Itagaki and making a collection for a whopping 2 characters is kind of unnecessary.
