It's a Rabbid from the Rayman Raving Rabbids series. Most of its attacks are to summon other Rabbids, which you can easily spam. Also, it uses sped up Juggernaut voices...? What? It also has a super done by a weird command (D, F, s) with a misaligned Marvel vs Capcom 1 background. It also has poorly done hitboxes, overall.

Well, it's a SF3 version, but in the end, he can sprite however he wants.
