its a hack of a older version of mugen.

it doesnt lag all the time. it all depends on time of day and connection. I've had 100% lagless matches.

you need to literally redraw them and then recode them. there is NO shortcut to convert lifebars.

Thanks! @Dave Rattlz I use camtasia. I record the video in Fraps (at either 30fps or 60fps), then i upload the video to Camtasia. put the video in the time line and then save the output (produce) as .gif 320,240.
