Those kind of ads shouldn't be on Youtube. I guess you installed some kind of Brwoser toolbar that came with another installation.

 

BTW concerning those kinds of ads, those are sometimes tracking what country youre at, at the moment. On some sites I got those kinds of ads on German, but those are directly translated in a google translate way, like the whole grammar got buttraped. Me and my friends hat funtimes reading those.
