musthe1 Posted April 2 Posted April 2 PREVIEW: I've redone and edited these characters because, in my previous edits, their sprites' colors were messed up, which bothered me quite a bit. Anyway, here are the main features for both DIO and JoJo. Ultimate DIO: Spoiler Imported the .sff file from Warusaki3's original DIO character and added/re-added sprites. I changed the "mugenversion" value to 1.0, meaning that he's playable for MUGEN 1.0 and beyond. Fixed the enemy receiving damage bug after Time Stop super by changing the authorname to "Warusaki3" (MUGEN 1.1 only) For some reason, in Ikemen GO Nightly, there's a bug where the enemy doesn't receive damage after the time stop condition ends. Added a death portrait compatibility Replaced some sound effects, such as the one for the aura animation Edited the Road Roller animation using Fighter Factory's angle system Fixed the Bloody Summoning background, where a part of it shows the black background (for MUGEN 1.1 and beyond). Added "DIO WIN" for his winning animation (while in Stand Mode & for Statedef 185) Added a Koyasu voice file for this character and set this to DIO's new default voice. DIO has been renamed to "Ultimate DIO" because he almost has every move and taunt from various versions of himself, such as the ones from Shadow DIO and High DIO. Added two additional taunts for his butt-slapping and "The Greatest High" animations. Hold down and press the start button for the butt-slapping animation. Hold the x button and press the start button for "The Greatest High" animation. Replaced the heartbeat sound effect with the one from Gyakuten Saiban 4 (Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney) Added another laser echo sound effect (taken from Warusaki3's Shadow DIO) Added Alessi mode, in which DIO transforms as Nukesaku Replaced the aura effect with the one from Infinite's DIO Added a special intro against Warusaki3's Jotaro (including a bonus AI patch by m-ism and a patch where the "ora ora" loop bug is removed) DIO can interact with Giorno or Jolyne, using the same intro animation that was used against the Joestars. Added the unused "Koko da." ("It's here.") voice clip for one of his special moves. Fixed a bug where DIO can't grab the enemy while airborne. You can perform an air throw by holding forward or backward, and pressing the z button. JoJo: Spoiler All of his sprites are properly ripped by using the Final Burn Alpha emulator, and some animations have been edited to make them smoother. Added new animations/sprites that JoJo didn't have in the original game. Jumping Diagonally Running forwards (instead of reusing JoJo's running backwards animation) Air Blocking animation (End) An additional frame for JoJo's crouching hard attack, where it features a smear effect (which was taken from his HFTF sprites). JoJo has an Alessi Mode compatibility, and a special intro and win against him. JoJo has a special intro against DIO and Kars. Added a new super portrait for JoJo, where it's a mix of his own and Old Joseph's portraits. Added a new win pose, where JoJo points at the enemy and says one of his win quotes. Added "Your next line is..." compatibility for JoJo himself and Hol Horse. Added new voice lines (from ASB Hol Horse voice clips) Added an echo filter for "Caesar!!" and "Eat this! Hamon Beat!" I believe it sounds cooler when listening to the echoed version of these voice clips. Added the unused "Caesar..." voice clip for one of his super moves. Imported and modified an in-game portrait from Men's Club's Young Joseph. Replaced the Japanese win display sprite with the English one (JOJO WIN). Added defeat portrait compatibilities for Orochi Herman's Kakyoin's Punishment and S.Y.'s Ultimate DIO's Bloody Summoning super moves. And I added some bonus sprites by mixing Old Joseph and JoJo's sprites (however, these sprites are unused). I did this for fun, and I imagined what Old Joseph looks like if he is wearing his outfit from Battle Tendency.
