I do not believe you are too dumb to make a character if you really are interested in doing something you can do it, some people learn at different speeds but it does not mean the faster learner is the smartest!!! back to the topic I will test the character and give the character a test run !!! will let you know how it plays.

as far as i know all god ken's have that intro, or the other intro with the electricity. also.. man this Ryu edit is massively OLD. I remember him before my creator days.

lol I dont think ive ever warned anyone(scratch that) I did warn Noside for posting about Piracy. I did ban someone trying to claim warusakis work as his own, and to get a warning you have to repeatedly break rules and not learn from it, thats why noside and darklight have like 2 warnings but they haven't broke any rules since. that or like zombie said be a complete asshole to everyone for no reason.
