Checked and it seems most of her sprites still in indexed format, just some effects sprites that are pure 32-bit png. WaifuLaifu Discord Server / Twitter / MUGEN releases

Checked and it seems most of her sprites still in indexed format, just some effects sprites that are pure 32-bit png. But now she has the zoom feature in various moves, so now, you have to edit the cns files if you want to use her in M.U.G.E.N 1.0.
