Agreed. Its very effective. It would do wonders for a lowres enthusiast like me.

@ryon I used AlienSkin but you must eidt while its large and clean it up then make it really small for that definition. Also use paint.net personal settings and gimp. Thanks Guys. Glad you like this one. And yeah Light Im working on bringing some of those low-res stages back to life for my mugen so Im releasing for u guys. Just takes a while. When animations or large files are involved.
