The MUGEN websites i've searched characters's WIP in doesn't have this characters, sorry. Please note that Dialga isn't in is Primal form, he is just level 9 999 (ITS OVER 9 000). He is overpowered (just like the Milobellus with the name of "Itzanma"). Well by what I can tell, it may have been Merufimu who edited something off lord orga's but I dunno I don't have it anymore, I used too. :( Maybe request it in the request section usually Phantomblood & Toaster have stuff like this.
