When I have a new character, I see it's ability against marines on a 60 second test (aka I play as the character, try to use it's attacks.) NOTE: To know on marine training whether it's training mode or something else, hear out for the marine death sound. If no death sound plays after the marine training clock reaches 0, it's training.
