Of course, I also plan to add in any other missing characters, stages and the like that have also been made from then to now. If anything needs correcting or updating then please let me know. I do want to try and keep cheap versions of characters to a minimum though so they won't really be added that much.

Tatsuya Shiba is a Main Character of "Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei" Light Novel Series. In my version his effects is now accurate from the source since I remade these sprite from DB Crossing Void

After what seems an eternity without trying anything slightly humorous or just anything MUGEN at all, I am back to deliver a new character for you people:

A strange edit of Mio Akiyama for MUGEN 1.0+
 
After a long slump of inactivity, seeking to polish my game system further up, I decided to see if I could give this character my own spin, my take differs on the properties of the moves, how they behave in hit/block, and trying to see if I can get something funny out of the character just like the old days, if you liked previous chars of mine like Clone Koa, Patoelietoe or Hong Miling, this might be for you.

Same fixes as Sailor Moon for both characters: 
- Fixed the weird hitboxes.
- Fixed some animations.
- Fixed minor error of some standing moves that change into air state.
- Fixed Hop Backwards moving forward error.
- Fixed infinite stun attacks (Let me know if you find any more of them.)
- Balanced all attacks to not gain a lot of power.
- Balanced some attacks damage.
- Corrected spark offset for many attacks.
- Updated AI
 
For Sailor Mercury:
- Added new sound for Mercury Aqua Mirage (credit to PrincessKagayaki)
- Updated Mercury Aqua Rhapsody Hyper to shoot in different directions.
 
For Sailor Venus: 
- Updated Love & Beauty Shock attack to stun briefly.
- Fixed a palette error.

I seem to fix Mickey character that he used be by staying how he look.
For a long break in 2021, I get to finish Mickey in time and plan for the last 3 cartoon character left.
Oswald, Felix, Pooch, Bimbo and Now Mickey Mouse. The 5th Classic Cartoon Character from the 1920's-1930's era.
His play style is mostly like Epic Mickey, Sorcerer and Magic.
