hes meant to be Cless From the Tales of series, heres a lovely problem when you do one of his moves his ai takes over and there is no way to get control back. I have little experience with ai and since its IN the cmd file Idk how to fix it :/.] anyway as for the char other than that ai problem hes pretty fun and if you like the tales of series i reccomend him once this is fixed.

um beta is never a good term in ways of a GOOD char.

the creators name is Divine wolf might want to fix that.

i highly reccomend you try infinites cloud rather than patch an old one.
