Thank you he has alot of work done to him, once I get his next 2 supers done his moveset will basically be complete, then all thats left are new super ports new explosion effect for his giant bomb, and some addons here and there, then a japanese soundpack for people who dislike the dub, and hes good to go for beta release :P.

Hey Guys long time no update, Tobi now has a new Super Called Bomb Barrage its a Level 2 and randomizes where the bombs go as he throws them through code. also fixed his air dash to not be spammable for an infinite amount of time, only twice like the rest of the nzc characters. Ichi finally got time to finish this and hes working on his other super right now there are 2 more supers left then some addons and possibly some edits to existing sprites so he is getting progress just very slowly. Here is a GIF to show the new super off. still need to add Palfx and remove his Getpower (whoops) when this move is done but heres what it will look like.

how about the fact she can't fight the only use she is is using body change for that small amount of time she can do and only with shikamarus help, shes useless on her own. If you base her attacks from ninja storm thats false Ino NEVER fought like ever they just did that to include her. Ino gets outmatched by sakura CONSTANTLY throughout the series. 1. when they were sealing the 4 tailed (i think) ino is the reason it failed 2. ino has gotten hurt i lost track of how many times when she contributed basically nothing to the fight. 3. anyone of the naruto characters could knock ino out in basically 1 hit If i recall she can heal but thats all fighting wise shes a punching bag dude. Im not sure what more proof you need read the manga she is basically useless other than body change and healing, and body change again fails more than often. she does have chakra hair trap but seriously when all you have going for you is a temporary mind body transfer that actually would hurt you if you did anything to that persons body you are fucking useless.

i think you should finish Rocko release it and the others that seem worth doing then call it quits on him rofl. rocko looks somewhat playable id actually use him in my real roster if you finish it for the better. same with stimpy I would actually request you fix his Zim cause I love zim but the sprites he used and attacks are retarded.

looking good bro. I have some suggestions however. 1. Try to fix that super spinning attack to have more frames it doesn't really look like its spinning right now just a couple of frames 2. change his soundwave projectile to a burp of gas? I think it would fit better. 3. for assists you might consider Wile Coyote there was a sega game that has alot of sprites you could use for it. 4. also, a move idea for a super maybe. Marvin comes in zaps taz with a gun making him grow HUGE like in the sega game these sprites are from the escape to mars game. With marvin saying oh dear as he runs off. just some ideas hope they help.
