what is there to say really? this carl is half-assed. the author obviously couldn't get carl right. there are easy infinites that you can find in less than an hour. makes you wonder if he put any time and effort into this.

Nah. Shimon's Clown is junk. Play Shimon's Clown and then play him in source and you'll realize how wrong it is. Also there are barely any good Ninja Master's characters in Mugen.

Clown from Fighter's History Dynamite/Karnov's Revenge. It's so god damn depressing that there is no good Clown since I main him.
