Last time i checked, the Endless Duel collection was fine with me. There's something wrong with those standarts.

The total size of a character's files does indeed give some insight into the quality of a character.
 
Unless a really crappy character happens to have an oversized sound file containing a 30 minute loop of Surprise Buttsecks.
