I agree with you. I used Sakuya and put Dragon Claw as my partner. Then we fought Koopa Clown car (IWBTG). Dragon Claw died at the Bowser Phase (since there are 3 phases, being Bowser, Wart and then Wily)! He's supposed to be cheap, isn't he?

Well, I can say that was downloading chars that doesn't work in MUGEN because of something in the files. Example: AOAO's Jam. It's really often for me to get angry when I'm trying to put her at my MUGEN and appears an error message.
