" ワッザ!? " = What the !? "スゴイ！" = Great! (Amazing!) "テンサイ！" = Genius! "ヤバイ！" = Badass! (It means "Dangerous" or something bad ,but Japanese young people uses this word for something cool) "ワザマエ！" = Skillful! "タツジン！" = Master! "ゴウランガ！" = Gauranga! And,Fu-Lin added Hyper finish -text. When KO with Hypers,display the name of Hyper.

His site is offline, but his BBS still alive. He says that his site was banned and he was so busy . Now He come back and looking for new rental server. (he posted it 2015/04/25) So it might be resumed in near future. This is good news,but there is one concern. The troll may not giving up to swindle "Echole". need to be careful about that.

Here is Sengoku BASARA X system. -buttons- A:attack(L) B:attack(M) C:attack(H) Reinforce:Reinforce (in japanese "援軍" ) button map is different by author in MUGEN. -System- Chaincombo: A>B>C Throw: 4C or 6C Overhead-attack: 6B Aerial combo start: 2B+C Aerial spike : (in Aerial combo) 2C Blow attack : B+C Guard cancel : (in guard) 6B+C Perfect guard :4A+B -other- All character has "BASARA waza(BASARA技)", this is same as Hyper combo. These command is 236236+C and 214214+C. And all character has " Ichigeki Basara waza(一撃BASARA技)" too, "Ichigeki(一撃)" means one hit KO. When there is flashing "Ichigeki(一撃)" icon next to Reinforce icon, press A+B+C to "Preparation Ichigeki BASARA waza(一撃BASARA技発動準備)". In preparation Ichigeki BASARA waza, can use Ichigeki BASARA waza.(command: 2141236+C) If fail to hit Ichigeki BASARA waza , lose all BASARA gauge and Ichigeki gauge as penalty. summarizing the above, when flashing Ichigeki(一撃) icon,press A+B+C(preparation Ichigeki BASARA waza) -> 2141236+C: Ichigeki BASARA waza. This is all !

It's probably Chinese. I think you can display it with East Asian language pack. it seems written like "(garbled Chinese skill name) (garbled commands) + X/Y(buttons)", Japanese and Chinese fighting gamers often use arrow mark to show commands. But these characters are 2byte and many computers not have East Asian language pack can't display it. so if you fix it, you will be able to know command and buttons(probably). it'll display like that "(Chinese skill name) (arrows)+(buttons)" after that, Try these commands and compare by KOF command list. It will be able to find skill name and command, otherwise Additional skills on MUGEN. no need to read Chinese! I think may be.
