  1. Don't worry, Ryon. You're not obscure to us. :)
  2. Wait, She? I'm assuming Dirtyfat is one of the other ones from that game. (What kind of name is THAT!? Especially for what appears to be a Darth Vader inspired pig?) Also, Maggilla seriously reminds me of Giran. Maybe she's Giran's sister or something?
  3. What game. I cannot say I recognize Maggilla.

  6. Yeah, he aint in any Dragon Quest game I've ever played, that's for true.
  7. I believe it's unnecessary to say what many of us were expecting. Still, this looks cool, so I might try it out.
  8. Permission is still denied. I think you might have use a copyrighted song or something.
  9. Wait, YOU made it? ...I beg your pardon, I did not know that. I apologize.
  10. Yeah, but was redrawing a random Final Fantasy 4 Stage in paint really worth the results? (No offense)
  11. Can I ask about the background? Do people just put an image through Infranview, turn on the Median Filter, and call it Hi-Res? Cause that seems to be how some people do "high-res." Anyone else think that Venusaur's Dreamworld image is adorable? For me it's that derpy face and those chubby legs, they look so adorable.
  12. Kind of find it odd that out of all his SFA3 characters that Gen is the only one who appeared in Super Street Fighter 4 that doesn't have a SSF4 voice.
  13. Permission denied. :( This stage looks awesome. That monster statue in the background looks awesome. ...And kind of adorable with those useless looking hands. How exactly do they function without arms? XD
  14. I just downloaded ^o^'s Gen for MUGEN, and I notice a lot of his SFA3 characters use SF4 Japanese voices, except for Sodom and Birdie who never appeared in the SF4 series, and Gen who was in both SF4 and SSF4. Does there exist a SF4 Japanese voicepack for ^o^'s Gen? Or even an English Voicepack?
  15. I hope this game turns out more like the original series, but from what I've seen so far I don't think I have to be too worried. The Mighty No. 2 robot master reminds me of Big Daddy. It might just be the head, though.
  16. Final Fantasy XIII had potential, but it was WAAAAAAAY too linear, especially compared to other Final Fantasy games, and the battle system wasn't all that well made. I hear they addressed a lot of these problems in the second game, but I'm not sure.
  17. In all seriousness, there are worse companies that Atlus could be bought by.
  18. I've been trying all night to try and get Meowth's Fake-Out to work. The idea is that I want him to go continuously forward at a blinding fast speed until he hits the target and then jumps off, but I cannot get it to work. Even though I added hitboxes to the attack and a hit-def, I still cannot get the attack to work. I also can't seem to get it to go at a continuous pace. As for getting him to jump off or allowing him to use the move only once, I haven't gotten that far yet.
  19. Say, is there a good place to download cries? Or should I just try ripping from a rom?
  20. If you need guard sprites, you could make your own. :)
  21. We do have other trainer sprites, they're just not updated to the current style yet.
  22. I've been playing it a bit more, and Sandslash seems pretty overpowered as well. Honestly between him and Skarmory, I don't know who's worse. Sandslash seems to be the only one I can EASILY beat Skarmory with (Ironic given his typing). Blastoise, Quiliva and Scyther can beat Skarmory and Sandslash, but not easily. Electrode... seriously needs to be buffed. Also, Mewtwo is not that unbeatable. He doesn't have the best counter/evasion moves, and his main source of power is Psychic. Playing as Sandslash, I had very little problem out-countering him.
  23. No, I mean unless you use Fake-Out on your first turn, you cannot use it at all. Would it be possible to have his other attacks trigger a variable that makes sure that Fake-Out can only be used on the first turn? (Okay, I'm kind of trying to be accurate to the games, cause in the game Fake-Out can only be used on a creature's first turn.)
  24. But I also want the use of other moves first thing to cancel the ability to use Fake-Out.
  25. I kind of want to make Meowth for the game. I got my ideas planned out. Fake Out: A move that works almost instantly and can reduce the opponents power to zero. HOWEVER it can only be used on the first turn. Faint Attack: A teleporting move where Meowth jumps up, vanishes, comes down on the opponent, then goes back. It's weak but difficult to counter if the user has good timing. Pay Day: Meowth's only projectile attack. Meowth throws three coins out at the opponent. A good source of damage, but not terribly high in priorities. Night Slash: Meowth slides back then charges forward with his claws. His strongest attack, but also his easiest to counter. Basically what I have in mind is a character who uses speed over power. But Fake Out kind of has me wondering. How do I set counters so I can ONLY use Fake Out on the first turn?
