My judgement and assessments may be different from others so i recommend trying for yourself. Usually they'll give the char two strikers, some moves they dont typically have, and in this case a MVC3 X-Factor It's mediocre honestly. It comes off as fancy at first glance, but its all smoke and mirrors. Even the hand rails are low quality =/ But the rain is awesome! :)
