Man that overlay is strong. I know it's a pain but i would've liked to see the tones in the grass adjusted a little differently, but i suppose thats personal taste. Daytime ver > Nighttime ver :P

The motif is the screenpack. Mugen by default comes with a motif (technically more than 1). You can use the one mugen comes with if you like, or you can download other motifs/screenpacks to change the look and number of character slots. You dont HAVE to do this, it's your choice.
