This is a MUGEN character dedicated to some Four Seasons festival in Japan.  You will see some Japanese Four Seasons festival reference materials in it.

If I am going to convert any more SFIV character(s) to MUGEN, then that "SFIV Haggar (actually a Zangief with Haggar skin mod) is not of the top priority.  I think I might try to do that "SFIV Haggar" only when most of my 2013 and current MUGEN WIPs are done.

Leave him alone (don't read it with a bad tone of voice, like "HEY! LEAVE HIM ALONE!!!), if he likes the sprites, don't try to change his mind. We have different/higher aesthetics standards, that's all. 
 
The reason why we find them bad is because he took a part of a SF3 sprite, recoloured and rescaled it, without even changing the details on the gi and on the gloves (yes, even the gloves are different in SF3). It also looks wrong, put together with CvS legs and lower part of the gi. At least to me.

plain  & simple we can put the Necro Bump Thing to rest..............Their are No rules against Necro Bumping at MFFA, we dont care when or how u do it, except in news , we only like those to be bumped when an update is done ,ect , so even if this was a 5 year old topic, its not against the rules to do so ,if we had a no necro bump rule, or a variation of 3/4th's of this site would be needing deleted  , so just calm it down  some k guys , its really not that big of a deal

I was looking for an storyline for that screenpack and the first things was come to my mind was Loki finds an access while fight against thor (regardless in actual comics he is an agent of asgard) to gensyoko by one of the many portals to the 8/9/ worlds, lying to the touhou grls about an outside invasion, while he wants to  use this place full of priestess and goodes to finally defeat his brother and his army of marvel heroes, tempting yukari with the idea of expand his territory with the idea of have another realm to play (with the eventual double cross from the youkai gap)

ive two had a few personal level Convo's With Chuch & dudes Got a really Busy Real life & relationship & still manages to pump these guys & girls out into the Mugen world for us, do they need better coding in most instances, sure ,but hes learning & atleast trying to do what he can, & at the end of the Day is just a really good guy that i respect on a mugen level & a personal level ( got alot in common)

Egith is very close to the drag movement, representing the Skag part of the movement. He is actually heterossexual, but use a combination of male and female symbology over his body. The beard, the lipstick, the muscular torso, the high heels. Everything in the name of the clash. Also, no surprise, he is a Grappler.

But serious now, I loved the idea, we need a more diverse set of original characters (there's way too much pre pubescent girls on mugen) and a transexual character that's not a hentai character is a good call. Kuando was a good character on that front, representing a more sexualy agressive bissexual. Or even the metrosexual muay thay guy that I allways forget the name. Now we just need a drag queen and we can say we have a more diverse cast than Dead of Alive, hehehehe.
