Would indeed be nice to have an actual Classic Mode instead of whatever the hell was in the Wii U version. It would appear that Sakurai forgot that Classic Mode was named as such because it was based on Smash 64's 1P Mode. NOICE!

-Added Lugia by SoulSilver. Despite how lacking it is, it manages to cause WinMUGEN to crash. No error message or anything, just 'WinMUGEN has stopped responding'.

Why wouldn't they include Mewtwo? They're trying to appeal to those who played the original games and are now adults in an attempt to get them into the newer generations, so naturally they'd include Pikachu, Charizard and Mewtwo, the three Pokémon pretty much everyone and their mother has heard of.

It's more Ken(?) than Zekrom, so prolly not. Wow, geez, that Lugia really does have nothing going for it.

It can actually still knock the opponent off the screen, though it appears to have done away with the stock system the original had. You can do, though wouldn't stars be more appropriate? If you really want to, then I'll send you the .psd files (there's a blue tint layer placed above the character's image).

This is supposedly the final roster for the arcade version, given that it's being released in Japanese arcades on the 16th. Only eight characters though. That's not particularly impressive.

Small update: I've added download box colours for DOS M.U.G.E.N- and 1.1.-only characters; green and purple, respectively. The download boxes for XGargoyle's and Milano's Pikachu characters have been updated to reflect this. Also: -Added Lopunny by ShinySpiritSeer The is the version Endercreeper edited, but it only works in 1.1.

Weren't they called the Alpha Gang? Dinosaur King was alright I guess. As for characters outside of my default 'more Pokémon pls', it'd be nice to see some Transformers that don't feel stiff nor look a bit outdated.

Oh? This thread got necro'd? Forest Green - Beautiful piece by Jeremy Soule. It's hard to pick out a favourite from such an epic soundtrack. Big Blue - Some people prefer Mute City, and while I will agree that said theme is fantastic, Big Blue is just so energetic. Melee certainly provided the best remix, though GX's Cover of Big Blue's Theme comes a close second. Victory in the Dream World - I can listen to this all day every day and not once get sick of it. I can't wait to hear what Paper Jam (Bros.) has to offer in terms of music, though the regular and boss battle themes sound nice from what I've heard of them.

I believe Ryon is still referring to post count, meaning users will still change rank based on their current post count, but in a more discrete/spaced out way than the level system.

Oh phew. I thought for a minute there this was about the sequel(s) to X and Y :P I've seen nuzlocke and randomiser videos on YouTube where the player's model has changed and various events have changed, so I'm not surprised this happened.
