Though I agree A.I. is one of the lesser important features, TopKirby did specifically say that he'd like to use Nappa in his series, but can't because of its lack of A.I., and nothing about saying it doesn't deserve a spot on his roster. On the other hand, it's not exactly the best thing to post in a release topic. Doesn't deserve an infraction though, that's just excessive :s

More feedback: Sceptile's hurtboxes are rather inconsistent. In some animations, they're really lax and roughly cover the required areas, though they're really tight in others. Because of this, Sceptile can sometimes be hard to combo against, seeing as the difference in hurtbox placements between say its idle animation and its gethits change. -

About the use of Sceptile's cry, I feel it plays too frequently. The frequency would be alright if it were different voice clips, but having the same sound play almost constantly becomes repetitive and irritating to some extent. -
Kirby's Dream Land 3's true final boss and his reincarnation in Kirby 64. Both of them came first and truly define how threatening Kirby bosses can be. Also, blood :P Beautiful.

Although Dilly is aware of my feedback, I'll post it up here for those who didn't see it: -Heavy Bullet Seed misses in the corner. -Standing y is +5 on hit, +6 on block. -Crouching x is +6 on hit, +7 on block. -EX Iron Tail is +12 on block. Safe as all balls. -Acrobatics is +4 on block. -
Damage dampeners are widely used and still function properly in simuls. There are a few different ways to implement a damage dampener, most notably the way Rice specified, though you may run into complications when using AttackMulSet elsewhere in the character. Another way is to use a variable that decreases with each successful hit and resets back to 1 when the opponent recovers; damage is multiplied by said variable, thus reducing it through consecutive hits (damage = ceil(15*fvar(12)), 0).
