Ehwhat? If you put the 3v3 and 4v4 executables in the same directory as your regular mugen.exe, it works off the same data folder, meaning it uses the same screenpack and roster.

He's not as powerful as he probably should be, is all.

Gosh, he's slow. Frame 10 jab. That's slower than Bayonetta's. Can't find too much yet other than standing medium being unable to combo into standing heavy in a corner. Minor nitpick being that the motion blur doesn't turn silver when Iron Defense is active.

Given how it looks, I'm going with Retaliate.

Palno is a trigger that returns the character's current palette. Palno = 1 returns true when the character's first palette is chosen. Palno = 12 returns true when the character's twelfth palette is chosen. etc. Such coding would be present within either the intro state decider, state 5900 or (maybe) one of the minus states (-2 or -3... Maybe -1? Lol?). The triggers are likely used to activate variable changes that tell the character to be someone else, but I don't have the characters on-hand to confirm this. I apologise if this is going a bit over your head :P

MUGEN loads characters, stages and your screenpack, not blank spaces; there's nothing to load from a piece of text, so that wouldn't impact performance. The excessive load time comes from a combination of the amount of characters and stages you have (and how 'big' they are), as well as how resource-heavy your screenpack is.

I know Arbok is vore, I meant that I didn't bother checking to see if it had any other attacks.

I didn't bother checking Arbok, but I'm pretty sure Goodra's only form of attack is to eat the opponent, so there's nothing salvageable there.

That said, it's unfair to base one's opinion of an entire community on the actions of a few members, even if said members are particularly notable.

The trick is to not actually rise to it. If they want to be elitist and boast about how superior their forum is, then so be it. We'll just continue being a nice community. This is coming from the guy who effectively runs the MUGEN Database, which is often considered to be the shit heap of the MUGEN community.

Welcome to Mugen Free For All. We once held a contest to see who could create the dankest of memes, but the entries became so dank, the competition had to be closed due to rising concerns regarding the community's safety.

There's a list at the top of the page noting the NSFW characters, but I could always add a little symbol to each one's window as an extra reminder.
