That restriction is in place because people were allegedly using download accelerators, though whether or not people actually were using them is anyone's guess; perhaps it's just a sneaky way to try and get people to register.

Or maybe it's because people don't like it when some newcomer waltzes in and states that the vast majority of people are making videos "incorrectly" and that theirs are "ideal". There doesn't appear to be anything here. If whatever it is you're trying to showcase is something for MUGEN, it at least needs a screenshot and a download link.

If it means anything, GameBanana has a M.U.G.E.N section.

Being unable to download from that website is just as good as a dead link.
