Tabuu is the final boss of Super Smash Bros. Brawl's Subspace Emissary mode. He has an attack that can K.O. you instantly if you don't know how to dodge. Here, have an image: Now as a note for señor developer here: Smash Bros. isn't a conventional 2D fighting game like this is supposed to be, so don't compare the two. Also, I think you're mistaking "unfair" for "difficult". Bosses can be more powerful than regular characters (like final boss Seth is to playable Seth in SSFIV), or have some nasty AI, but making them stupidly cheap with unblockable whatsits is a hilariously bad decision.

^That's unhelpful. When someone asks for help, it's better to not reply than say "I dunno, lol.". I'm no expert when it comes to Touhou watsits, but I believe the character's name is Daiyousei or something. There's two versions available that use that sprite style, but neither version has that particular palette. It could be a custom palette Luneth made. Here. Knock yourself out.

I know that feel when I'm facing an AI that excels in aerial raves :s I've beaten the game many times with Clefable.

I won the game with Shedinja. Shedinja is normally OK until it encounters multi-projectiles, though there is a thing with X-Scissor that allows it to block all oncoming projectiles if the attack is used at the right time. I guess it's a bug (geddit), but it also happens with Scyther. As I said in the project thread over at MFG, I might alter Shadow Sneak to allow Shedinja to avoid attacks for a small time, sort of like a dodge, by becoming the shadow.
