Removed the part about CvS in the title because it's grossly misleading
OK, I guess...
I'll show pics of them after school.
OK...
Done.

Can you show us the effects please?
I'll show pics of them after school.
I would change all of his attacks because this Peter G. is pretty much only season 1-2. In later episodes he did way more so I would start there and come up with new stuff from the other episodes.
I say continue this wip and be creative, there are so many resources out there that you probably don't even have to draw anything. Just look for a chair sprite, a ball, frying pan, and you can pretty much just code that in together into something funny.
here's an idea, for a hyper, have peter put on a helmet and someone throw a red ball from behind him and then have him go after it while looking down for a multiple head tackle attack.
I really wanted to make a Peter with moves from the short SF2 parody against that hot tub salesman...

I'm using Firefox as well, and it won't even let me go on that page, either.

Still doesn't work for me...

I'm not real sure of what to do on that site. Where am I supposed to go, because translating didn't really help.
-
Says it's forbidden. What if you uploaded each of those files 1 at a time?
-
The old setup looked a little better, though. It didn't have that black area down there.
-
Nope, not really...

Rather odd name for a somewhat cool looking city that desperately needs a Power Pellet, but I'm not complaining... I'm just hoping it's animated. Nice share!

Saw this on the wikia and decided to post it. A slight edit of Warner's Peter. As far as I know, much wasn't changed from Warner's. Some slight stuff, like the ipecac attack and the robot hyper were edited a little bit, as well as a new intro, portrait and taunt, but that really seems to be all of the changes...

I'm pretty sure that stage is called Battle Ground by Flamekyo. It looks similar.
Also, what are these lifebars:
Also, I sorta second the request below this one in wanting to know if one exists as well.

She's named Hakurou by Ria-corst, I have her, available here: http://www.mediafire.com/download/14jpy0z0j0xtt1r/hakurou.zip

Happy to see this one back online. I think he was offline for a while.
-
Thanks, pretty odd character... Wow, they even made a Big Rigs character. Thanks a lot again.

Yeah, they're the FF7 bars, available here: http://page.freett.com/gorogorom/ff7hu_lifebar.htm

Airmoto's offline, and the other one's here: http://mugenarchive.com/forums/downloads.php?do=file&id=4950

Looks cool. Is all that other stuff the background, and how does she play, and where does she come from, or is she original?

A small living room stage. Really, this picture is the whole stage. It's the home stage to Ogitafanda. For animation, there's that T.V. which goes between static and 3 stations, which reference other characters. That pink guy laying on the ground has a little animation as well. There's also a bike(?) in the wall, which has some animation, too. There's a sorta chaotic music track that goes with this stage, named "dat_ogita". Not much else to say...

I think Pidgeotto's private, or a WIP.
-
I was hoping someone would make this someday. That hack was funny, where you had to rescue Mario as checkpoints.
-
I would just want most of the characters that don't have preset ones already to use them.
-
Yeah. Would I need to create a new FightFX file?
-
Is it 1.1 only? Isn't NFL Blitz that arcade styled one that didn't have real in-depth gameplay? I saw DSP in a TIHYDP of it and it looked like one I could get into.

So, is this your everyday Len, but with pretty sprites? Which MB is she accurate too, if any?

That's sorta just the computer trying to display a language that it can't read. You might need to install a Japanese language pack, assuming it's Japanese.
