Uses handmade sprites by armin himself. Like any traditional Ryu, but with EX voice and EX styled effects. Can airblock unlike source game, and has normal Tatsus unlike EX's weird reppa-kick thing.

Just a Brawl Luigi done in Sumin's Smash hybrid style. Mostly Brawl accurate, so watch out for Negative Zone.  Has Thunderhand as a attack, so it's instantly better. As noted on Sumin's blog, he's unfinished, so he'll float in the air during his intro like that and suffers from the classic upside down pipe intro glitch. Also can't tank attacks while charging or attacking, either. Can summon a Thowmp that does massive damage.

I think Sumin also made a Gannondorf and Ike shortly afterwards, too.

To change lifebar sounds, you just have to replace or edit the fight.snd file in the data folder. To edit it, you can use Fighter Factory and change them with .wav files.

Oh my god. My favorite doujin character ever. That badass Super Sayian baseball-playing Men in Black agent with some JJBA stuff. Thank you SO much for this conversion.

This doesn't look bad, aside from the sprites clashing. Will be fun to have MLG battles between shooter characters here. Thanks for the find.

So... Is it the stage or one of the characters? The lifebars don't have names, and I don't know UNDERTALE.

Try increasing the time in the fight.def in the data folder that your character can move after K.O. You might want to increase the time until Mugen ACTUALLY says "You Win" and stuff, too. They'll generally be in the same place, and have notes that'll state this. 

His name is Pick? He just shows up as "0" in game. Any clue what game he comes from?

He doesn't have as many attacks as others by this creator, and other Sumin characters can interact with that guy at the table, too.

I'm trying to literally port the character select screen from one screenpack into another via FF3. They're the same resolution, too. So, would I insert the character select screen sprites into the same sprite index as they were in the first screenpack, or to replace the indexes in the other screenpack?

Sweet, a Mario edit with Crusade sprites. Always nice for more decent chibi Marios. Hopefully all the glitches in mariotime's original character got fixed, like the lack of momentum his moves give him in midair.

Should probably be noted he turns into some naked robot chick with a gun for his crouching strong kick.

Otherwise, he's pretty cool, not coded the best, but clearly had some effort put into him. His round 1 "winpose" is probably the shortest winpose in Mugen. XD

After trying, she's basically T-Hawk. Very accurate to Street Fighter 4, too. Some of her attacks cause some characters to fall and never be able to get back up, though...
