Personally I think Capcom should had him in SF4U before SF5 was considered, but we all know how that went... looking at the vid he seems to be more the same way like SF3 though he seemed to gotten alittle slower but guessing he might be packing more of a punch in this one.. :-P [Edit post] Some leak has revealed of more alternate costumes for the game: Man! Laura is really the looker for this SF i see :-)

As long as Hoopa-U is not dealing with speedy/physical pokemon that know 'X-scissor' and 'Mega horn' that hit it 4X damage its alright to use in battle. I remember few months ago I was using Hoopa-U against a trainer online few months ago. it was a real good single battle tell it went down with our last pokemon. He had Haxorus (with mold breaker), I thought I had this battle but i caught myself Off-guard when it uses 'X-scissor' and did a critical OHKO. Ouch! >_< LOL! i should had known better about that situation but it was a good battle overall. :-)

I would like to help you with this but sadly im no expert in spriting. :-( you might need to ask someone on this forum who knows how to sprite Marvel characters real good like malovka1 Awesome! :-D

Hmm... Well all i can say is this about Mugen 1.1: - Its good but it still a beta considering the engine havn't been updated since the last few or more years.. :-P - besides having enough RAM and good graphics I recommend using a PC that has a quad-core processors (Intel series i3, i5, i7) (AMD A6 or higher series) so that the data from mugen run better without too much problems. - You might want to change the graphics setting to OpenGL in Mugen.cfg - sometimes it may not work well for windows 8/8.1, and10 but it all depends on your computer system. ..those the only thing i can say about it. I have windows 8.1 and I do use mugen 1.1 but not as often as mugen 1.0(the most stable version)
