Jigglypuff should be able to hit other characters physically except Banette unless it uses the "ice-beam" speacial move, corresponding to Banette uses regular physical attacks unless it uses its special ghost-moves it shoudn't effect jigglypuff(even though it hits but dos'nt do or little damage), but mainly Ghosteo pokemon characters are coded only to each other and not made to be going against other different characters since they were made for his game only. Though "Mugen standard wise", these characters will need to be fixed in referring to the basic state "common1.cns" in order for them to work normally in mugen. Yes I know about that already. Thats pretty much how Ghosteo codes his characters in a way pokemon battles suppose to be if the moves are effective (normal damage), super effective (big damage) not too effective(little damage) or no effect (it will take no damage even if the character are hit by the move) referring to his coding info in the "element.txt" in his character pack.

Characters like this are fun, especially when you put them against Mortal Kombat Characters. (Edit them with some more Blood and Gore......Mwahahahahaha! FATALITY!!! ) [Just kidding around ]

AAAHH!! So rumors of an HI-res pikachu and Jigglypuff are true! thanks for (Catching them ) "A person" lol As Trying them out yes they do need to be fixed to be fit going against other characters. Mainly fixing their basic codings an required animations and sprites according to the "debug" mode on mugen. However the sprites look real good. (Imagine A GGXX style Pikachu )

Nooooo! Well a least is an effort to put him in mugen. If only "Tokathiki" (the guy who made Haruka/May) was still around he would of made a Good Ash Catchem.
