Sorry let me correct myself. it actually called "Applocal" and you can download it here: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=13209 Its a program that allows you to play or use programs from different regions like Japanese*, Chinese*,etc. so when you open that program you won't have any problem playing them on your PC .Their are other programs like this but this one is best for people using Windows Operating Systems. Unfortunately it does not translate the Language itself but if possible their maybe a English Language Patch for this game in the future. :-P

Yes another touhoumon but this one is more Original unlike the other Fan-made hack ones.This one has the character-mons use moves base off the spell-cards they use from the original shooter/fighter games. However it still has the pokemon-type battle system on weakness and effectivness as well as 4-slot only move-set. The full version came out about a month ago plus it seem to had an update this month. Also it seems all( or almost every) touhou Characters are presented in this one.
