DivineWolf is back and he's making a CvS version of Hotaru, so I added him as yellow

Due to my recent release, I changed from yellow to normal my Boogerman. Also, added Renandstimpyfan's Boogerman from MA (offline, of course) and the real Extreme version of HoboCop by me as WIP

The famous booger eater and Interplay superhero that became one of the guest fighters in ClayFighter of both Nintendo 64 games and also rival of the other guess fighter, Earthworm Jim, finally can spit and fart into MUGEN!! A dream come true since so many years as Jim, now I can recreate him as I wanted, with all his signature moves, including specials, supers and even claytalities. I may say this is my main project of 2023, I could stop making stuff this year and I'll keep satisfied with this release only.

I enjoyed a lot making Boogerman, and I hope you enjoy him too by playing him in your MUGEN. And of course, he will be part of the Beta 2 along with Kung Pow, N.Boss and Sarge, so expect even more surprises for this release. Meanwhile, fart all you want with this new char XD

I didn't know that this collection was already abandoned. Well, try to revive this by remaking it, wait for that soon  

Thanks for the aclaration, since there're no chars made of them yet, I deleted them from the Missing/To be made lists

Added some few stuff:

-Green color for another gameplay (by now, only Evilasio da Paz's Scott has it)

-Found Wallace and Knives gifs with their stand poses (taken from SFV discord XD)

-Not announced yet, but my next SPvTW char will be Stephen, added my name as yellow

Already spoiled in my WIP thread, but making their character trailers, I noticed these ones needed an urgent update since they had bugs and errors I got to fix (as well feedback on N.Boss), so here is the what's-changed-list (copy-pasted from their readme):

-Adjusted damage on throw

-N.Projectile High now it's with punch only and N.Projectile Low will be with kicks only (and both can be done in the air)
