  1. Custom Gouken released Something I was motivated to work on. This is essentially a remake of Alexlexus's Gouken which revamps the character and fixes all the issues the original one had. The character is coded completely from scratch. The gameplay style is similar to Vyn's SF3 Evil Ryu with some changes. Feedback and critique is always welcome. Enjoy.   3. For the record, my Gouken was actually coded from scratch. NOT edited. As such, it doesn't have any AI either.

  5. Akira has been updated today. I have fixed a problem I wasn't aware of until now and included some other slight changes. These include jump cancel changes, some hitbox changes and his hurt sounds should play more frequently. I have not added in chargable attacks like I was originally going to.   6. Looks great, man. I think you should define the nose better, possibly with some shadowing, but it's only a minor thing.
  7. UNIB(ish) Berserker Lancelot and DBFC Nu-13. The latter was a sprite conversion. I'm working on more sprites, I should be able to show them soon. Two of which are nearly done.   9. Yep. I've always liked the simplistic yet sleek style of the ports. Coloring should be relatively easy, it's just inking all the fine lines which is painful. Yeah, I'm still stuck on this part. New sprite, SFV Bison in CPS2 style.
  10. Kung Fu Man. There are no SNK styled templates and most of the others that are available are poorly coded. You'd be better off starting with KFM as a base. Once you've settled in and really started coding, look at the code of the characters who utilize the style you want for reference when incorporating it into your own character.
  11. There could always be a second vote with only the winners (and a shorter time limit) to break the tie. I imagined that'd be the case in this situation anyway. *shrugs*

  13. Along side the issues already pointed out with COTM, another one is self-nominations. I don't think anyone should have the privilege to do this as it is unfair for the other participants. If self-nomination isn't prohibited, it needs to be limited somehow. Being able to self-nominate 4 creations every single month is downright outrageous, especially when it can lead to the person in question's creations becoming 50% of the voting candidates. Yes, this has happened before. If the option to self-nomination really has to stay, only one per month should be allowed, at the very most. Otherwise, remove it entirely. Just my two cents.
  14. Sorry for the late reply, but thanks. Idk if I'll animate it, but that's what I'd do if I did. Omg, I haven't showed anything here in ages. And for once, it isn't a sprite: I plan to color it once the lineout is done.
  15. Judging from Ryoucchi's post, I'm going to assume he didn't bring it up with any of the other staff. Even if he did, it would be nice if he consulted the general users of the forum to see if they would be happy with the change beforehand, instead of just bringing it into action with no warning whatsoever.
  16. When are you going to stop with your crusade to turn MFFA into a carbon copy of MFG? Seriously, this was extremely unnecessary. If you want to make sudden changes like this, you should at least have the courtesy to consult them with the members of the forum first.

  18. My suggestion would be to use PalRemappal instead. It'd be easier to use and the result could be much better too. For examples on how to use PalRemappal, you could look at GM's Gill.
  19. I've noticed most of Merk's attacks don't have whiff sounds, you should fix that in an update. With the glowing lines on his body, have you considered using PalRemappal instead using a Helper to produce the effect? When using the latter, the effects are misplaced when pushing up against other characters, like so: Thanks for the update.
