    You're looking at a piece of Mugen history right here. This is what I believe to be the first Melty Blood character made for Mugen ever. She's based off a trial version of the first Melty and only has normals.
    (This was originally uploaded as a .gca, but I figured it would be nice to repack it as a .rar for convenience's sake.)

    Finally my other 63 1/3 project apart of Boogerman is ready to stretch your MUGEN!! Taffy comes to MUGEN being almost a carbon copy of ClayFighter 63 1/3 (and in part of Sculptor's Cut), trying my best to make him accurate to the source as I did with Boogerman, with the diference that I don't have to manage sprites as the latter so it's all coding stuff. There're few things I left off (like Insane Combos and other minor stuff) but I don't want you to wait more for him, not since Beta 2 of Infinite Clayfare will be coming on next month 😉

    And with this release, now the 6 new characters of 2023 will be part of the Beta 2 of Infinite Clayfare that will be released in August 2023. Until that, all the next threads will be of updates for various chars, like fixes and new content, and especially an Insane Combo update for some of them like Taffy.     Well, this one is pretty big news, so might as well make a thread about it. It was when dangan987654max pointed me out the pastebin that I really started to looking into long lost chars pasted there. Many of the chars there were also sought after by Gene Worm, Poyochan, and others. I was planning to look into it eventually, and many other requests here on MFFA, but I had other priorities I wanted to do first such as helping a good amount building the collections, but since dangan987654max asked me directly, I just accepted his request and started looking into the list. I checked all of them, and only Haisyu came up after searching the chars folders. For Toy Mario Bros, they were in my Mario Collection, separated. I found them, and I had them. I uploaded them on mediafire and posted links to here, and to MUGEN Lost Media Archive Wiki. Shortly after, I made a video about these chars for more exposure. For some reason, I totally forgot Poyochan was looking for these chars because I saw Poyochan's request thread at Mugenguild before, but now Poyochan does have them, and so do many other people such as XxJUMPSCAREZxx The Fox. This all took place in April 6, 2023. Toy Mario & Toy Luigi wiki page was then updated to, "Found", on the 7th, and I was credited for finding them. 😄 How did I obtain them? I went back to Mugen Database Wiki and looked at the history. It was 2012 when I added NESMario's Marios to the wiki, and probably at that time I downloaded his Toy Mario Bros pack which contained Toy Mario and Toy Luigi at NESMario's official site. If I would have known earlier that they went offline shortly after and were wanted by many, I would have uploaded these guys... but then I was inactive back then, and I came back this year in 2023, and I just forgot about them, until now. lol, but there you have it. Toy Mario Bros. by NESMario, long lost chars now found and available!

    Believe it or not, there's a few pieces of M.U.G.E.N Lost Media relating to SpongeBob in-general & since this is a "SpongeBob Collection", I might as well detail one of them on here. The one that I want to mention on here is MugenJF's 1st version of SpongeBob & if you basically don't know about this, MugenJF made an earlier version of his SpongeBob that was sprite-swap of N64Mario's Metool character. The 2nd version is obliviously easy to come by (as it's literally in the collection I think?), however the 1st version that MugenJF made has become Lost Media since Late June - Early July 2007 (16 years ago now, as I'm writing this reply) & I'm pretty sure that no one has it in their roster anymore (again this was made in 2007, so expect to see inactive users who had the character at some point).
     
    The download link for the 1st version was up for a few days on his website but it was unfortunately taken down due to the backlash of that the character received (we all know on how people on here hate sprite-swaps, so we all know where this is going) & it was later replaced by his sprite-swapped 2nd version (aka the version that's in the collection already, which called "Release 2.0 Evolution"). Also I'm not joking btw & I even have some evidence to prove that this character did indeed exist at one point (Credit to GhostSonic for the video):

    Some notes:
    - The first part of this collection will include 2D recreated Marvel characters in different styles (Capcom, SNK and others). 3D styled characters will go in a different section.
    - No OC nor jokes characteres are allowed here, there is already a separate collection for them. The only exception would be the secret characters from MVC like Red Venom and Red Blackheart (AKA "Mephisto" ).
    - As noted above, MVC series character will be here (in a separate section for each game). However, only actual characters from those games would be located there. Characters with a MVC gameplay but who didn't appear on those specific games would still be in the main section (ex: Kenshiro99's MVC chars like Dr. Doom). In the same line as this, some characters who appeared as secrets in MVC but have a different gameplay like Zero X's Armored Spider-Man would still be in the first section.
    - The same goes for 2D recreated characters from MVC3 and its expansion, like Rel's Sentinel.
    - Others characters from MVC3 made with 3D models will be together with others 3D characters in their own section as well.
    - An Hydra logo instead of a Shield one indicates the character doesn't feel good enough either for the spritework or the gameplay, however it's my own personal opinion and it's only about the character nothing against the author or person who did the edit.

    Actually I wish someone can add this character to the collection, as there's an another creation made by Supermystery himself that is currently lost media. The character is called "Mega Mac Liquid" (also known as the chemical plant water from Sonic 2) & it was made in 2007. This character is infamously known for being one of the cheapest characters of all time, as it had no absolutely no hitboxes at all (just like Omega Tom Hanks) & can defeat characters such as DarkMasterS's Psycho Shredder for an example.
     
    The character was actually popular at the time, as it mentioned in 2 Japanese blog posts:

    The only visual evidence of the character's existence is a video made by Supermystery himself, as it demonstrates on how it can kill 2 versions of DarkMasterS's Psycho Shredder (Credit to Supermystery for the video):
     
    It was released in a password protected file & the bad news is that Supermystery doesn't even know the password to it anymore (not even the users in those 2 Japanese blogs that I mentioned earlier couldn't solve the password to unlock Mega Mac Liquid, as they had no fricking idea on what the hell Mega Mac Liquid's password was), which means the character is going to stay "pass-worded" forever. Though the good news is that someone archived the file itself & uploaded it to the "GetUploader" website, which can be found right here:

    Though if anyone is really wanting to solve it, then you're in luck because there's a plausible lead into finding this character that has been lost for over 16 years now. That only lead is the creator's own pack of "Dragon Ball Z Ultimate Battle featuring 22 characters" (god that was a mouthful to say) with the password around these combinations right here: "nsm20081711ub22db12e4" albeit a little different than usual.
     
    That's the reason on why I made this reply is because I think it would make a nice fit to this collection & that I want people to know that this lost character even exists in this 1st place.

    One of my favourite game series from Capcom which collection has been abandoned since years. Time to change that once for all.
    Here you can find all the characters from the 3 games of the series, plus the additional characters from console and portable versions in the same style you know from my other collections. And I'll use more than one source: the past (and dead) collection and their posts, Guild Database, this other Guild collection and other sources I can find.     Forgot to mention something about Yua CaVan's Spider-Man in my other post. Even though it won't be added to this collection until that you have decided what to do to make room for some offline chars somewhere in the near future, it was an old DOS character with the filename "spider" and it was made back when MUGEN was still new. But somewhere in the early 2000s or so, the DL link to that character and the author's site have went offline entirely. Several years later, on Electrocaid's site, he even mentioned this character in his list of missing MUGEN related data, which can be found here:

    Then, a few years later, it was uploaded on MA, with the author's name being left as unknown, as well as being converted for newer versions of MUGEN, though I won't be posting the site's DL link to it.

    Added Darkseid by Gartanham, the old version of Erradicator and Black Dragon's Flash and Knightmare Batman (v.2) by Ghost Rider as well as little name fixes.
     
    I think that lost Robin has similar sprites to the JUS one, and I remember being looking for Shamrock's Batman at some point without success, of course, maybe but the time when I started the collection. I had forgotten about the character.

    @N_N and @LGM2006  that's an impressive job you did looking for and finding all those lost characters, thank you a lot!
    I updated the collection including all (the edit of Black Cat too) but the offlines characters, until I decide what to do with that. Speaking of that, I remember having at some point the Red Skull from that video, and I even asked for the character there a couple of years ago lmao but the guy never answered me. Now, about the other Red Skull from the screenshot, I don't really know but since I never seen other than that same screenshot maybe he was some private or unreleased WIP? 
    As you can see on this image (found in some thread at Infinity Mugen Forum), there was a 2009 version of the character which the author stated he never released and looked a lot like the one from the other image:

     
    BTW, the author is Ax / AxKeeper (and maybe he went by the name Boris in the past?)
     
    Also, I know there is a Wasp character which used sprites from the game Captain America and the Avengers, the author was the same person who did the Red Triangle Circus char from Batman Returns. But I guess that Wasp is lost forever now.
     
    And finally I must say that I was hesitant about adding the palleteswaps and the two Captains America, since the later have Charlie Nash as a striker in some special, but considering it is a really old character, I give it the pass. For the paletteswaps, the reason I decided to let them stay is more or less the same, also considering there are already a big number of palleteswaps here.  And I changed the image for the edit of Marvel_Man's Iron Man. Yes, the character is pretty bad, but well, at this point is some kind of relic.
