As seen with my recreations of SCP-173 and SCP-096, I do prefer mugenizing non-fighting game characters since I have a lot more freedom in creation. For example, I've actually been thinking about creating Doomguy at some point, but since I'm not looking to make one with the source sprites, I have to go through the route of sprite editing, which'll be time consuming. And that's one con about non-fighting game characters in Mugen: You have to focus a lot on the spriting of the character, and it can take a long time to make.

You don't even know. He even tells me about all of these stories and shit that he experienced and stuff and acts like all this shit really happened, sometimes dragging me into his mess. It's almost like some sort of obsession taken too far. If he was joking or didn't actually believe this, I probably wouldn't have started this thread.

I seriously wanna know why some people are a part of this whole otherkin thing. Sure, I posted a status update on this earlier (at least by the time I started this topic), but that's because I seriously want to know about this. If you don't know: It's pretty much a subculture of people who believe they're dragons and vampires and shit. My best friend apparently became a part of this whole thing about a year ago, and it's seriously been bugging me to the point where I have to make some topic on some forum or whatever. The biggest question though, is why? Why do people think they're a night elf warlock named Subsol Locuitor who fighst with tomahawks or something like that? I dunno. I've just been wanted to get this off my chest for a while now.

Don't worry, it's not going to be like Doom 3 where everything is pitch black with a focus on horror and jumpscares. Instead, it'll be sticking to it's roots and have emphasis on fun more than anything. Supposedly it'll have things like double jumping and even fatalities for hand-to-hand combat like Brutal Doom. There's no screenshots or videos though, since id Software wants it to be secret for now. So, what are your thoughts on this? Are you hyped like I am? Did you grow up playing Doom? Will you play this? And how much do you wanna bet that Screw Attack will realize that Doomguy would rape Chief by the time this is released?
