Despite the fact that I don't play Roblox nor Dandy's World at the time of making this character, I decided to make her due to the fact that characters from Dandy's World are so adorable that I had to make one of those.
As far as I know, I never saw Dandy's World Toons fighting back against Twisteds, so her moveset is what I could imagine and think of. Her projectiles are charge-input moves (all based on Joe Higashi's abilities to create hurricanes and tornadoes), while her physical attacks are motion-input moves. In fact, one of motion-input specials can be extended by inputting the same motion-input command before the last hit.

What is Angry Birds?
Angry Birds is a video game franchise created by Finnish company Rovio Entertainment in December 2009. The games are mostly made for mobile platforms, though there were some instances where the Angry Birds games were released for PC and consoles, which are ports. Thanks to its success, the series started having spin-offs, crossovers, and even a TV series and two 3D computer-animated movies.
Color/colour codes
Red means that the character is unavailable, either because of broken links or the link being removed. If you have such characters, then I'd be grateful if you share it!
Green means that the character has a few overpowered traits and/or is a cheap character. Fight it at your own risk!
Yellow means the character is a W.I.P (work in progress) and is therefore not available yet.

Yay, another Angry Birds character. Also, for the first time, the spriting style will be consistent depending on the character's outline! Also, no, development was not halted because of no motivation, but because my laptop's screen handle broke so it had to be sent for repair. Fortunately, it has returned, so I could finish him eventually.

Gameplay-wise, he is a 6-button character that uses 3 buttons for normals and the rest for several mechanics, specials and hypers. He is smaller than an average character thanks to his scale being lower, which makes his range shorter but makes him harder to hit without using attacks that are low to the floor. Also, featuring some bouncing balls.

Gameplay-wise, he is a 6-button character that is a zoner; while his projectiles aren't really spammable, he has a good chunk of them to make sure the opponent doesn't approach him that easily. He also has a projectile that freezes the opponent and allows him to start a combo. While most of his moves are heavily based on the ones that originated from games released for the FDS, some original ones are present.
