Since N_N mentioned that the original version works for DOS MUGEN, I'm 100% sure it's Ver.1-01. About Ver.11-29, I don't know if the author himself converted it for newer versions of MUGEN or if he hosted Juan Carlos' fix on his site.
 
For Razox's version, well, as far as I can tell, I've read before that he was a very early beta, or at least an alpha. So don't really expect that much any of the special moves or supers.

There's two versions of Caretaker's Gambit, Ver.1-01 and Ver.11-29.

Oh nice, that DK is from Electrocaid's roster. It has been tampered by him as you can tell with the modified date.

So the version there shouldn't be past May, 20, 2001, but both version you uploaded were edited past this date. Welp, I'll see if I can try to find the original unedited May 20, 2001 version.

That too, and in general. For example, just by looking at his SF and Capcom Collection I see some missing such as L-MO's Janet and Kallystto's Spartan (SFA Guy edit), although many of his latest updated collection werent archived, so he may have had them at the last moment. In the TV Game section, he didn't get the other Pikachu by Milano, a Japanese author. I don't see Zero_Col by Zero_Col, a Zero edit, and I don't see Cluritosh, a Krizalid edit from 2003. Just some things like that. Del is even missing some original chars. I don't see Iron Ball.

Yep, there are a lot of lost stuff... Lots of lots of lost stuff. Even lost stuff that nobody is talking about that I know of...
Del's list of chars is pretty impressive, but we all know there are much more chars out there that time that is not on there... Yea, many of them are probably lost to time for good.
Also, the author of suezo and twinbee is tilin, same guy who made koopa troopa. I found one of his sites 🙂

Found it.

The original, unedited, unconverted, latest version of Dark Ryu by Charlz. Tested it on Mugen 1.1 and it works, but will need DOS 2 Win to fix sprites. Gif above is from Dark Ryu after conversion. I think it is the same version as the one LGM2006 provided, but unedited and modified dates untampered.
