If you view page source you'll see the download link: https://xfs.jp/p5pIk But it has password protect, and I don't know why and what the password is. The latest version of the game is 2022/12/30 and that is the link that leads to it. FlowrαLliα is still active as seen in https://flowrallia.zouri.jp/ as FlowraLila updated some chars in 2023/12/31.
