To fix Delete ALL act files Then it will work HOWEVER FAIR WARNING IT WILL GET RID OF THE COLOR 256 some STILL have the color it depends.
 
State can only have a max of 512 Controllers
 
To fix Go to FF and Find [state 5151] Then Delete it ALL OF THEM IT WILL FIX YOUR CRASHING PROBLEM i found the cure for it ^^

you know what i hate the most is when people make at least what seems to be 50 different kinds of mugen videos with the same character you been drooling over and yet you cant get it now i get that they are probably not finish with making him or adding whatever too it. but making more and more videos with him or her or it in the video is just being a dick its pretty much saying hahaha you cant get it and not only is that not fair but it pisses people off to always see it there and yet you cant get it or in my case have the file for that character or stage and yet your so close yet so far because they had to be a bigger dick by putting a password on it if you didnt want someone to have the damn thing why upload it in the first place you could lock it up on some other site and make it untraceable to the public

One of my favorite levels of all time

A few updates for Rare Reimu's sprites.

1. Removed clearly unnecessary spites.
  Those are mainly for Oni-Miko which used to be the basis for Incomplete Rare Reimu.
  I just wanted to decrease the file size.


2. Rare Reimu has stolen Kaname-Ishi from Tenshi Hinanai's hand, and make use of it in order to press her enemy to death.
It seems she's got bored of using the Moon or the Deathstar.



3. Changed character icon. You don't need to mind about this point, but just to distinguish from Oni-Miko.
 

4. Changed sprites of Raging Demon Aftermath. More Yandere-ish.

Alrighty So I've decided to work on Reimu from Hopeless Masquerade, I've never made a touhou character before, So i'm using gameplay videos as reference on her mechanics.

Coincidentally when i looked at her sprites, I noticed she doesnt walk she completely floats in every angle So i started working on her like that first, constantly flying, then I scraped the idea cause i hated how it turned out, then I saw a video of how the game is, then I started working on the flying again And I think i've got it down good this time.

She's a High Res character, if i use 320,240 localcoord she will be GIANT. so I think shes the first ever offical High Res Chibi Character.
She's ALWAYS flying.
She'll use X, Y, Z for combos (my usually play style)
All of her moves are coded as Air Moves, so "Crouch Counters" will not work on her.
Her moves will vary based on what direction you are holding when you press the buttons. As you can see in the video.
She will have her magic attacks, I just need to study the video more to see what type of attacks she has exactly.

Its apparent that her Hopeless Masquerade move list is different from her other Touhou moves. But i'll do my best.

Wellll I Kinda Want Some cheaipes but..........Authors Wanna Keep it to Themselves Dont get me wrong here Its Great that they wanna keep it but.........Why cant they share it for once.............Also Some SUER CHEAPIES are .UHA FILE v.v yes I want them AND you need a pass Im thinking WTF IDK ANY PASS soooo thats why But other than that Thats My Story on them........
